DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates via multiple job portals, conducting HR interviews, arranging user interviews, and negotiating employee offers.
Perform HR administration tasks such as entering new employee data into the HRIS (Mekari Talenta).
Update, organize, and maintain the employee database.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with both users and candidates.
Oversee employment matters, including contracts for Daily Workers, Probation, and PKWT employees.
Handle BPJS Kesehatan administration through Edabu and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan using SIPP.
Manage employee time-off requests, including annual leave, extra days off, and public holidays.
Support compliance initiatives by developing job descriptions and facilitating employee training and development activities.
Organize and coordinate training, sharing sessions, or coaching programs for employees.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
Proven track record of success with 2-3 years of demonstrated leadership experience.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
