DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead and coordinate with area managers Create and develop sales strategies that maximize revenue Direct, manage, and oversee the distributor team to execute the plans effectively, driving sales growth Ensure market and distributor performance aligns with established SOPs, while continuously monitoring results Conduct market area analysis to identify obstacles and develop actionable solutions Coordinate and maintain strong communication with distributors and branch accounts Analyze market trends and assess the potential of each territory to optimize performance
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in any major Have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Regional Sales Manager (especially in Consumer Goods company) Have good communication and teamwork skills Can operate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) Willing to work based on company targets Willing to go on business trips out of town Willing to be placed anywhere in Indonesia
