DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Identifying training needs and designing customised learning solutions to address skill gaps and support the company's overall business objectives Developing and facilitating engaging training sessions, workshops and e-learning modules across a variety of topics, such as leadership, technical skills, and soft skills Collaborating with managers to align training initiatives with departmental and individual performance goals Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement Maintaining training records and providing reporting on the impact and ROI of learning and development initiatives Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in corporate training and development
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably within the electronics or manufacturing industry Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage and train diverse audiences Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify training needs and design effective solutions Proficiency in developing and delivering both classroom-based and digital learning content Solid understanding of adult learning principles and the latest training methodologies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, or a related field
