DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to promote Taman Safari Indonesia's offerings to potential customers Oversee the execution of all marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and promotional activities Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and strategies Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners, travel agencies, and other stakeholders Manage and motivate a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve revenue targets Continuously monitor and report on the performance of sales and marketing initiatives Collaborate with the broader management team to contribute to the overall business strategy
REQUIREMENT

Proven track record of success in sales and marketing management, preferably within the tourism or entertainment industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels Familiarity with the West Java tourism market and a deep understanding of customer preferences Excellent project management and team leadership skills Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
