DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Lead and manage the QA process, providing guidance and mentorship to the QA team.
Review and analyze system specifications to develop comprehensive test strategies and plans.
Execute test cases (both manual and automated) and analyze results to ensure the highest quality product delivery.
Collaborate closely with the software team to develop effective testing strategies, ensuring a smooth process throughout the software development lifecycle.
Document and log testing phases and defects, reporting bugs and errors to the development team.
Provide clear, tactful, and insightful feedback to the software team, maintaining strong working relationships.
Advise teams on potential software improvements, contributing to better design and development.
Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders, demonstrating how to enhance software performance.
Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.
Stay current with new technologies and testing tools to continuously improve QA processes.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum of 2 years of relevant QA experience.
Diploma or higher education qualification in a relevant field.
Specialized accreditations in QA or Software Testing preferred.
