DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

- Develop and execute short-term and long-term financial strategies to ensure the company’s sustainable growth and stability. - Lead fundraising activities through bank and non-bank institutions to secure working capital and investment financing. - Manage and evaluate financing options, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with company goals. - Oversee investment calculations, company valuations, and provide financial insights to support business decisions. - Plan, monitor, and control budgets to achieve company financial targets. - Collaborate with other departments to support business operations and strategic goals. - Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard company assets.
REQUIREMENT

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics. A Master’s degree is preferred. - Certifications: CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) is mandatory. - Minimum 2 years as a Department Head in Finance, Accounting, and Tax (FAT) & 7 years as a Section Head in FAT. - Strong knowledge of financial statements, investment calculations, and company valuation. - Proven experience in fundraising from bank and non-bank institutions. - Proficiency in short-term and long-term financial management, including cash flow, working capital, and liquidity management. - Proficient in both written and spoken English. - Highly flexible, proactive, and focused on achieving results. - Strong analytical thinking, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
