Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement the sales strategy for spare parts products, aligning with company goals and market needs.
Set annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets for the spare parts division.
Monitor sales performance and ensure objectives are met or exceeded.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including distributors, retailers, and end-users.
Provide excellent customer service and technical support to help clients make informed purchasing decisions.
Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
Product Knowledge & Marketing:
Stay up to date with product knowledge, trends, and competitor offerings to effectively market spare parts.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that drive demand for spare parts products.
Forecasting & Inventory Management:
Work closely with the procurement team to forecast spare parts demand and ensure timely replenishment.
Network Development:
Distribution Network Expansion:
Identify and recruit new Spare Parts Dealers and partners in existing and potential markets to expand the company’s spare parts distribution network.
Develop Dealerships Agreements and support partners in setting up operations.
Develop and maintain a network of dealers and resellers to ensure wide coverage and accessibility of spare parts.
Network Performance & Support:
Provide training and support to the distribution network to ensure they meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Monitor Dealers performance, identify challenges, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Organize regular meetings and workshops with network partners to share updates, new product information, and best practices.
Business Development & Market Intelligence:
Market Research:
Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and emerging trends in the spare parts industry.
Analyze competitor strategies and market conditions to keep the company’s offerings competitive and relevant.
Reporting & Analytics:
Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and network development activities to senior management.
Use data analytics to track performance, identify sales opportunities, and optimize the network.
REQUIREMENT
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in spare parts sales, aftermarket services, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Proven track record of sales success and network development in the spare parts or automotive industry is highly preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and build long-term relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external partners.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
High level of organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities and projects.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software (Salesforce, etc.).
Familiarity with ERP systems and spare parts management software is a plus.
Language Skills:
Fluency in English is required. Additional languages are a plus.
Working Conditions:
This position may require some travel to visit dealers, customers, and attend industry events or trade shows.
