DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Offering and selling products to both active partners and potential customers Help determine pricing for offers, promotions, and negotiations up to sales Provide detailed information about the goods sold to customers Maintain good relationship with customers Make an analysis of market information and what is happening in the field to be taken into consideration in the future Make weekly and monthly reports regarding sales planning and actualization Work with the team to achieve targets Acquire new customers by winning them over from competitors and discovering new opportunities.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum SMK. Having 1-2 years of work experience in Sales & Marketing will be an advantage. Understanding Spare Parts, maintenance process, especially for buses and trucks will be an advantage. Being able to speak in Chinese and English will be an advantage. Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills. Self-Driven & Highly Initiated. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Have a pro-active mindset and marketing business planning instincts. Discussing equipment needs and system requirements with customers and engineers. Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to upper management. Sales & Marketing About the role You'll responsible for researching and developing marketing opportunities and planning and implementing new sales plans. You must have strong interpersonal and communication skills across a variety of channels (phone, communication apps).
