DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Assist the recruitment team in sourcing and screening potential candidates for various job openings
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, ensuring a seamless interview process
Conduct reference checks and background verifications on selected candidates
Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed
REQUIREMENT
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with candidates and internal stakeholders Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail Passionate about the recruitment process and a desire to learn and grow within the HR field
