DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Coordinate and oversee all office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Assist in preparing technical procurement administration and cost-related documentation for IT service product development projects, as well as for toll road operation service products.
Assist in the preparation of work administration.
Record helpdesk tickets and monitor the company’s computer equipment and assets.
Prepare monthly activity reports for each procurement and administrative task completed.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree (S1). 2 years of experience, particularly in administration and procurement.
