DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage overall Marugame Udon CRM, from developing strategy until handling day to day plan. Create acquisition, lifecycle, retention until churned prevention programs based on member segments including the amplification plan Develop, improve and deploy workflow or timeline to champaign channel. Analyze full CRM performance report with comprehensive data and insight.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information system, or related field. Minimum of 5 years experience managing CRM business, preferably in the F&B industry. Able to work independently Mastering data analysis and have technical background is a plus. Having Certificate of Competency in Database System, Machine Learning, MarTech is a plus.
