DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Supporting day-to-day HRBP administrative activities, such as handling new hire forms, employee training coordination, and providing general employee support. Participating in recruitment cycles, including talent sourcing, screening, and selection. Assisting in employer branding initiatives and recruitment administration. Generating reports and providing insights on HR-related processes. Contributing to various HR projects and learning about core HR processes.
REQUIREMENT

Final-year college student with no active classes or recent graduate majoring in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management, International Relations, or a related field. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Experience in HR and proficiency in Canva or other design platforms is an advantage. Basic understanding of labor laws and regulations. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and time-management skills. Agile, adaptable, and highly motivated to learn and grow in HR-related areas. Proficiency in English or Mandarin is preferred. Available for at least 3 months (preferably 6 months) and willing to work from the office. Able to join immediately.
