DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Oversee all aspects of employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and performance management. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, including PPh 21, BPJS, and other relevant benefits. Manage HRIS and employee data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a furniture/construction company. Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations, particularly PPh 21 and BPJS. Proficiency in using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Have good knowledge in HSE will be plus
