DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards Perform general ledger account reconciliations and analysis to identify and resolve discrepancies Assist with the preparation of tax returns and liaise with tax authorities to ensure timely and accurate tax filings Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and internal controls Provide financial reporting and analysis to support business decision-making Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and operational efficiency
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or a related field 2-3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the consumer goods or manufacturing industry Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, and tax regulations Proficient in the use of financial software (Accurate / SAP Business One) Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines Able to join immediately (less than 1 month notice period) Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta
