DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
1. APPC Fulfillment & Activation:
Ensure proper fulfillment of APPC (SPG/SPB) in new and existing CIs (stores) in accordance with sanctions.
Oversee the process of activating APPCs, ensuring all necessary steps are followed for both new and current stores.
2. Monitoring & Performance Tracking:
Track and monitor daily achievement of APPC KPIs, including:
Volume Achievement
Product Focus achievement related to incentive schemes
Active Contractors handled by APPCs
Ensure all APPCs are fully informed about their KPIs, schemes, and promotional activities.
3. APPC Training:
Conduct onboarding and continuous training for new and existing APPCs, both online and offline.
Provide training in the following areas:
Product Knowledge
Selling Skills
Tinting Machine Operation
Personal Grooming
Usage of relevant apps (e.g., MS App, BH App, Skyhawk, Talenta, etc.)
4. Problem Solving & Issue Resolution:
Address customer complaints, whether from walk-in customers or contractors, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
Coordinate with the Technical Team for any product or machine-related issues that arise.
Maintain effective communication and coordination with stakeholders, including store owners and contractors.
Assist APPCs with product-related concerns, including mock-ups, trials, and other related tasks.
5. Reporting & Analysis:
Compile market intelligence reports for management and stakeholders.
Report weekly progress on APPC performance against targets to the RSM.
Provide regular updates to the DSC on APPC development, fulfillment, and performance metrics.
REQUIREMENT
Position Overview:
Team Leader Executive is responsible for ensuring the successful fulfillment of APPC (SPG/SPB) requirements across new and existing CIs (stores), based on set sanctions. The role involves overseeing the activation of APPCs, ensuring performance standards are met, providing training for both new and existing APPCs, addressing customer issues, and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. The coordinator will also be responsible for generating reports and tracking the progress of key performance indicators (KPIs).
