REQUIREMENT

- A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an ERP consultant, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in the manufacturing industry. - Proven track record of managing and delivering successful ERP projects. - Strong Project Management skills with experience handling cross-functional teams and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. - Solid understanding of ERP systems, system design, and configuration. - Ability to analyze and improve business processes with a focus on maximizing ERP system performance. - Fluent in English (oral and written). - Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia (oral and written). - Maximum age of 35 years. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in complex situations. - A positive attitude with a proactive, can-do mindset. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders. - Adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
