DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

To supervise daily operation meet the SOP, including sales, workshop and administration matters To make sure all team member achieve their job target Develop marketing & sales strategies to increase revenue Analysing customer behaviour to develop program in order to increase customer satisfaction & engagement Develop team member by couching & counselling in order to make winning team
REQUIREMENT

Maximum 35 years old Minimum Bachelor degree from all major Have 3 years working experience as Marketing Head / Branch Head in automotive industries, FMCG or financial / leasing industries Self-motivated and have strong leadership Have excellent communication skill, negotiation skill and coordinating various stake holders Excellent in using Microsoft Office Willing to be located in all branches around Indonesia
