DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with management and stakeholders. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Develop PR campaigns, promotions, and media relations strategies Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution. Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget. Conduct project risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies. Foster and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Oversee quality control throughout the project life cycle. Create creative regular contents on multiple social media performs with the production team and digital marketing strategic
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field Proven working experience min. 5 years as a Project Manager/PR/Marketing/Account Manager in the event exhibition industry. Experience with large-scale exhibitions, preferably in Corporate/Government sector. Have contact list for multiple medias and luxury brands Excellent marketing and branding strategy skills Creative and able to be conceptual Strong understanding of event planning, production, and management processes Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Can joint immediately
