Looking for tenant or prospective tenant Propose a good strategy in structuring the leasing area Ensuring the target revenue and occupancy is fulfilled Expanding the tenant database, updating retail development, maintaining relationships with tenants Offers rental locations to the tenant or prospective tenant Carry out administrative activities (correspondence, licensing, filling system, etc.) that support activities Leasing Officer.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Bachelor s Degree in any major. Minimum 1 year of experience as Leasing Staff in Property. Excellent comunication and negotiation skills. Computer Literate (Ms. Office). Have a good Sales / Marketing and Administrative Skills.
