DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible for manpower fulfilment and selection process, include: sourcing candidates, screening, psychological testing and interview Ensure availability job description all position align with company’s need Build relationship with schools/universities/institution for job posting and employer branding Established relationship with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop strategies to meet those needs Participate in recruitment-related events, such as job fairs, to promote the company Maintain accurate records and documentation of hiring processes
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology Min. 1 year of working experience at Human Resource Hands on experience with end to tend recruitment process Having experience in conduct psychological test Good analytical thinking, planning organizing and time management Able to communicate and work as a team Detail-oriented
