DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Track and manage system incidents, ensuring they are resolved promptly and efficiently. Monitor system performance and uptime, ensuring that systems operate efficiently and without disruption. Maintain and update system documentation, including user guides, troubleshooting manuals, and support procedures. Execute manual test cases for integration testing. Prepare test scenarios and test scripts for UAT. Conduct beta testing and UAT with clients. Conduct system training for end users.
REQUIREMENT

Fresh graduates with a Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, IT, or Computer Science are welcome to apply. Diploma holders with a similar background and relevant work experience are also encouraged to apply. Experience with Microsoft SQL Server is an additional advantage. Can possess exceptional customer service skills. Good command of English, both verbal and written. Strong ability to apply analytical and problem-solving skills. Must possess with own transportation. Willing to travel outstation if required. Driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
