DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and execute sales strategies to increase ticket sales and group bookings. Build relationships with clients like travel agencies and event planners. Provide top-notch customer service and address client queries and issues. Collaborate with marketing to create promotions and drive sales. Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate deals, and close agreements. Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities. Maintain accurate sales records and coordinate with other departments.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum 2 years experience as Sales Executive in hospitality or tourism Industry. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Understanding of the theme park industry. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems. Flexibility to work irregular hours. Willing to be placed in Surabaya, East Java
