Monitor tender portals, government websites, and other sources for new tender opportunities assessing their suitability based on the company’s expertise and strategy.
Conduct research to understand tender processes, including vendor registration, compliance standards, and procedural requirements.
Follow through vendor registration processes, ensuring the company is successfully registered as a qualified vendor.
Coordinate and prepare high-quality tender documents, including technical and financial proposals, ensuring they meet all submission requirements and deadlines.
Liaise with internal teams (finance, legal, project management, technical experts) to collect the necessary data for accurate and compliant submissions.
Manage correspondence and maintain professional communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the tendering process.
Organize and maintain tender records (filing and archiving management), both physical and digital, for easy access and reference.
Support all tender phases (pre-tender, tender, and post-tender), including follow-ups, approvals, negotiations, and contract finalization.
Follow up on submitted tenders and manage post-tender negotiations, clarifications, and contract finalization.
Analyze feedback on successful and unsuccessful bids to enhance future tender processes.
Prepare and deliver regular progress reports on tender activities and outcomes.
Provide ongoing support and coordination throughout the tender delivery phase to ensure compliance and successful project execution.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor Degree in any major from a reputable university.
Minimum 3 years of full-time work experiences on getting & managing Government Tender/Project from LKPP, E-catalogue, LPSE, and or Open Tender.
Proven experience in administrative role, preferably in tendering or sales project support.
English professional working proficiency (both written and spoken).
Familiar with tendering processes and documentation.
Detail-oriented and organized thinker who can juggle multiple, competing priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to liaise professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple deadlines.
Meticulous in doing given tasks/duties.
