DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Maintaining and increasing sales performance Developing sales strategies and setting sales targets for individual and team as a whole Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market Building and maintaining good relationship and communication with all customers
REQUIREMENT

Minimum educational background S1 ( Bachelor ) any major from reputable university, preferably from Bussiness/ Marketing Management or related Have minimum 3 years working experience in retail business/company as SPV/ Leader Sales/ Sales manager, Bussines Development etc Have wide interested in sales, winner’s mindset and target oriented Have good appeareance and neat Fast learner, ambitious, proactive, energetic & persistent Excellent interpersonal skill, strong leadership & managerial skill Has strong communication skills, both in local language(s) and English. Willing to work in weekend and public holiday ( 6 day work & 1 day off ) Willing to train Jakarta for a month Wiiling to be placed in Galaxy Mall dan HR Muhammad, Surabaya
