DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

1. Develop and implement IT security strategies and update policies to align with business needs. 2. Identify and mitigate IT risks to support business objectives. 3. Review and monitor IT security performance for effectiveness. 4. Oversee servers, networks, and infrastructure operations. 5. Lead IT infrastructure projects and system improvements. 6. Suggest new solutions and technologies for IT security and infrastructure. 7. Work with auditors and regulators to ensure compliance. 8. Maintain security knowledge and manage networks. 9. Ensure high-quality, secure database systems for users. 10. Collaborate with internal and external auditors as well to support audit activities
REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Telecommunication Engineering. • 4+ years of managerial experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Security, or DBA. • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. • Target-oriented with a solid understanding of IT infrastructure and security. • Have experienced in Life Insurance or General Insurance
