DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Manage the entire onboarding process for new users (sellers and buyers) including data and documentation verification.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth system integration.
Provide direct support to users during registration and account setup.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of user data on the platform.
Regularly maintain user and transaction data to ensure system integrity.
Prepare administrative reports related to onboarding activities.
Provide feedback from users to the product development or technical team to improve the user experience.
Work closely with the team to resolve technical or administrative issues during onboarding.
Identify opportunities to improve onboarding and operational efficiency.
Propose and assist in implementing improvements to operational procedures
Prepare reports related to onboarding activities, recurring issues, and user data analysis.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of the onboarding process to ensure compliance with SLAs and operational standards.
REQUIREMENT
2-4 years of experience in operations, account management, onboarding, or administration, preferably in a digital platform or tech company.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
Experience with CRM, onboarding systems, or operational tools.
Good time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
