REQUIREMENT

1. Min. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Certification or significant experience in Scrum and Agile methodologies) 2. Min. 3 years experience as IT Manager or similar position. 3. Proven experience in developing and implementing Business Continuity Plans and Disaster Recovery Plans. 4. Proficiency in network management, security protocols, and data management. 5. Strong background in information technology with a deep understanding of various IT systems, infrastructure, and technologies. 6. Experience in designing and implementing integrations with third-party tools or APIs. 7. Proven experience with SAP Business One, including implementation, customization, and ongoing support. 8. Experience with ITSM frameworks such as ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library). 9. Implementation of best practices and innovations to enhance overall system performance and user satisfaction. 10. Skills in conducting risk assessments to identify potential threats to IT systems 11. Strong communication skills for engaging with project stakeholders at all levels 12. Thorough documentation of project plans, requirements, and outcomes 13. Implementation of quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet established standards
