DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Handle monthly tax submission (WHT & VAT) Prepare tax billing payments Prepare monthly tax reconciliation Prepare tax invoices issuance (Vat Out & Vat In) Collect withholding tax slips from clients Distribute withholding tax slips to vendors Handle tax administration & registration Ensure proper documentation & filing for all tax returns including other tax related supporting documents Gather all tax related supporting documents to ensure completeness of our databases
REQUIREMENT

Proven work experience as a Tax Compliance Officer / Senior Tax / Tax Accountant, Tax Analyst or Tax Preparer with 2 - 4 years of experience Strong knowledge for existing tax regulations especially WHT & VAT Familiar with overseas transaction (DGT & COR) Familiar with MS Office Application (Excel is essential), Familiar with e-SPT & e-Faktur Application Communicative & pro-active in a demanding work situation Excellent analytical and time management skills Able to manage and control deliverables and deadlines Preferebly hold relevant course certificates (Brevet A & B) Have experience in tax audits will be plus point
