DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
• Work with IT Support to identify and deliver required PC service levels
• Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex PC problems for a variety of end users, and recommend and implement corrective hardware solutions, including off-site repair as needed.
• Construct, install, and test customized configurations based on various platforms and operating systems.
• Troubleshoot end user workstation hardware, networked peripheral devices, and networking hardware products.
• Accurately document instances of hardware failure, repair, installation, and removal.
• Monitor and Control of Deliver IT Hardware or Software license to the user according to request acquired from IT Ticketing System or Purchasing system.
• Organize various computer deployment planning and activities in Bina Nusantara:
• Prepare work plan related to the computer deployment plan.
• Determine implementation deadline for ongoing deployment plan and ensure the completion accuracy.
• Monitor ongoing computer deployment plan.
• Organize work plan and budget and review the implementation.
• Organize and submit monthly report to IT Service Delivery & Asset Manager. • Control the process according to Quality System.
• Provide improvement ideas to make business process of the user effective and efficient by using ready to use technology options.
• Partner with internal and external parties in running the function/ tasks in Bina Nusantara.
REQUIREMENT
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Computer Studies
• Minimum 2 years working experience in senior staff, or minimum 4 years working experience in related area such as IT Asset
