DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Responsible for the preparation of timely and accurate of monthly, consolidated quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements,
Coordinate with subsidiaries to obtain information regarding finance, accounting and taxation,
Responsible for all aspects of taxation, including corporate income tax and VAT,
Liaise with tax office and other government institution in regards to the figures in the financial statement,
Update the BOD for any events that involve the finance, accounting and taxation issues,
Work with business development director to conduct due diligence process for potential clients or business partner,
Revenue and expenditure variance analysis; Capital assets, trust account statement reconciliations,
Manage fixed asset activity,
Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles,
Ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's or Master's degree from reputable university
15 years of experiences in Finance and Accounting
5 years of experiences in Managerial Level
3 years of experience in Big 4
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Accounting System and Software
At least having one accountant professional certificate (CA or CPA)
Knowledge in Corporate finance, Cash management, Taxation laws and Banking rules,
Proficient in English (oral & written) is a must
Willing to travel
