Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with oversea sales teams, key customers, stakeholders, and industry partners.
Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Utilize your deep understanding of the toys industry value chain to optimize sales processes and strategies.
Oversee the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and logistics, to align strategies and achieve business goals.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
REQUIREMENT
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the toy manufacturing industry or similar manufacturing sectors.
Experience in international sales, with an understanding of export sales processes.
Strong proficiency in English communication, both written and spoken.
A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a sales management role.
