DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop trust relationship with our major customers. Expand the relationship with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their target. Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust. Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams. Prepare regular reports of progress and forecast to internal project team and follow up payment process from customer. Customer(Telcom Operator) relationship maintenance and development. Get the operator network construction requirements and planning. Operator project bidding.
REQUIREMENT

Telecom industry 2 years or above related experience is preferred and handle customer. Prefer to have Telecommunication Project Operator background. Familar with broadband/Fiber Cable/Wireless technology Bachelor's Degree or above from a reputed university in a related field. Good ability in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing. (Mandarin is a plus) High energy and enthusiasm with an emphasis on teamwork and job enjoyment. Sense of urgency and willingness to respond eagerly to opportunities and challenges. Open-minded and fast learning. Outgoing/Teamwork/Good at communication.
