Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HoReCa industry.
Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and growth objectives.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential clients in the HoReCa segment.
Manage a portfolio of HoReCa clients, ensuring consistent service and timely product delivery.
Account Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within the HoReCa industry.
Regularly meet with clients to understand their business needs, propose product solutions, and offer support for sales promotions and marketing initiatives.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure deals that align with company goals.
Product & Market Knowledge:
Maintain deep knowledge of the product range, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages, to effectively communicate value to clients.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry news, adjusting sales strategies as needed.
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
Analyze sales data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities, making data-driven recommendations to improve sales performance.
Monitor customer feedback and conduct post-sales evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
REQUIREMENT
Maximum 35 Years Old
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
Proven sales experience in the HoReCa or food service industry minimum 5 years, with a strong understanding of the hospitality and culinary sectors.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decisions.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple accounts.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in pursuing opportunities
