DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Perform various administrative tasks such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, and managing both digital and physical filing systems.
Prepare weekly schedules for company car operations and check related expenses like gasoline and toll fees.
Manage office supplies inventory, procure office equipment, and handle repairs when necessary.
Handle invoices, arrange travel accommodations, and manage employee databases including attendance and leave records.
Arrange visas and permits for expatriates and their families, maintain entertainment records, and support expatriates' families as needed.
Assist HRGA General Manager in all responsibilities such as employee management, office management, procurement and maintenance, etc. Collaborate with other departments to support overall business goals Correspondence by the phone and email in English
REQUIREMENT
Minimum 3 years of experience as Administration Support or General Affairs or HRGA
Minimum Bachelor Degree
Proficient in MS Office especially proficient in Ms. Excel
Proficient making sharepoints (PPT)
Intermediate in English, both written and verbal communication skills.
Willing to work overtime and be disciplined at work.
Experienced in supporting Expatriates inquiries
