DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to the BOD. Ensure accurate and timely reporting in accordance with GAAP and industry practices. Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare specific budgets and forecasts for all company operations. Analyze financial performance and variances to provide actionable insights. Internal Controls: Develop and implement internal controls to ensure accuracy and integrity in financial reporting. Monitor compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Team Leadership: Manage and motivate accounting and finance staff. Provides guidance on accounting and financial issues specific to the manufacturing industry and ensures team compliance with best practices.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification is preferred. Minimum of 7 years of accounting and finance experience, with Manager or Head division role. Strong understanding of accounting and financial principles, particularly in the manufacturing industry. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in managing cross-functional relationships. Required skill(s): accounting software myob or accurate, tax regulation (is a plus). At least 5 years of working experience in the Manufacture industry is required for this position. Applicants must be willing to work in Pantai Indah Kapuk, Jakarta Utara.
