DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Develop and execute business plan to achieve business target, and prepare monthly forecasting & demand planning for Refrigeration business in East Indonesia (Surabaya). • Pursue new business opportunities, identify growth opportunities for possible solutions, develop strategies to penetrate potential new business accounts. • Proactively monitor business status, customer / market and develop action plan in timely manner • Maintain, support, and strengthen business relationship with distributor, OEM, and contractors in East Indonesia • Conduct product promotion aligned with product marketing strategy and arrange necessary product presentation and application training or seminar to existing and potential customers • Take initiatives in conducting competition analysis, pricing analysis, market study and product benchmarking to increase market participation in responsible areas.
REQUIREMENT

• At least Associate degree (D3) / Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning • Have technical experience and sales experience in refrigeration, fishery, food & beverage, processing industries is preferable. • Strong knowledge about RHVAC system integration • Possess good attitude and effective approach to enhance values to support customers. • Able to work independently with minimum supervision PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is currently assisting one of our clients, a Multinational Climate Technology Company, who is looking for an RHVAC Sales Manager to be placed in Surabaya
