DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Design & Implementation: Develop and deploy new network and server solutions or optimize existing infrastructure to improve efficiency and performance. Installation & Support: Install, configure, and support server and network equipment, including routers, proxy servers, switches, firewalls, WAN accelerators, DNS, and DHCP. Performance Monitoring: Maximize infrastructure performance through continuous monitoring, proactive troubleshooting, and scheduled upgrades. Fault Investigation & Resolution: Investigate infrastructure faults, provide root cause analysis, and implement permanent corrective actions. Serve as the single point of contact for fault management. Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular preventive maintenance to assess the status of devices and systems. Firmware & Updates: Update server and network equipment to the latest firmware releases. Stakeholder Communication: Report infrastructure status to key stakeholders and liaise with vendors to resolve issues within SLAs. Specialized Software Management: Install, configure, and manage specialized software systems, including Microsoft SCCM, SCOM, Hyper-V, Exchange, Citrix, and VMware.
REQUIREMENT

Certifications: Must hold relevant network and server certifications from leading brands (e.g., CCNA, MCITP, MCSE, VCP, SCSP, NCDA, ITIL, Citrix CCA/CCEA). Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of network and server security (Cisco, Fortinet, VMware, Microsoft), LAN/WAN/VLAN, and system security. Analytical Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems effectively and efficiently. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong documentation abilities. Teamwork & Adaptability: Strong interpersonal skills, a team player attitude, and the ability to work under minimal supervision. Flexibility: Willingness to be on standby during off-duty hours and to travel as needed. Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in network and server management. Citizenship: Must be a Malaysian citizen.
