DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Processing customer transactions in accordance with SOP. Executing export/import transaction. Implement export/import strategy in accordance to corporate strategy. Prioritize customer's satisfaction by providing good service. Handling transaction of priority customer/transaction for service excellent. Daily transaction completed accurately. Updating customer's data or information by input the changes into banking systems.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Bachelor Degree. Having an experience in Banking Industry at least 3 years in the same position. Having a good knowledge in Credit Export & Import and Frontliner. Have good analytical thinking, well known with regulation from BI, OJK, etc. Fluent in English (Speaking & Writing). Good communication, interpersonal skills and highly motivated. Good computer literacy (minimum Microsoft Office). Able to work well in a team, under pressure and tight reporting deadline. Placement for Bandung Branch. Preferable candidates in the same domicile.
