DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and prospects. Present, promote, and sell RTD products to meet customer needs. Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Analyze market potential, track sales, and status reports. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends. Continuously improve through feedback.
REQUIREMENT

At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry. Good communication and negotiation skills. Results-oriented and able to work under pressure. Excellent knowledge of MS Office. Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships. Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales Possess a personal vehicle and a valid C/A driver's license Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback. The Sales Man will be responsible for promoting and selling RTD products to retail and wholesale customers. This role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and identifying new market opportunities.
