DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Continuous improvement of the processes and systems utilized to deliver best in class procurement services. Processing purchase requisitions. Purchase Order creation in the standard ERP system (Oracle) for Copeland entities globally. Coordinate with local Procurement/Indirect Material teams the issuance of Purchase Orders in ERP systems other than Oracle. Coordinating delivery of products with Vendor and Copeland IT Teams Recording/coordinating receipts for purchase orders processed by the Global IT Procurement team. Coordinating delivery of approved Purchase Orders Preparation of all required regulatory reports. Audit and coordinate signing of leasing and purchasing documents. Supporting the maintenance of requestable items related to IT Procurement. Overseeing the IT Procurement workgroup in Copeland ServiceNow. Tracking and reporting on IT Procurement SLAs and metrics.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related courses. 3-5 years of commodity or category management experience in a procurement role is required. Experience in procuring IT Hardware or Software is an advantage. Working knowledge of Oracle purchasing/sourcing applications strongly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Power Point, Excel, and Word software Customer focus with good communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and action oriented. Fluent English is Required. Ability to speak additional language(s) is an advantage. Demonstrate competency in working and excelling in a team environment including the ability to interact across all levels of management within the organization.
