DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Office Management Oversee daily office operations, ensuring the environment is well-maintained and organized. Administrative Support Prepare purchase orders, process invoices, compile expense reports, and maintain the asset list. Communication Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and external parties, such as suppliers. Other Duties as Assigned Handle additional tasks assigned by the leader.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field • Minimum 1 -3 years of experience in GA, purchasing, office support, or administrative roles • Proactive and able to work independently • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work environments • Flexibility to handle a variety of tasks and responsibilities • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to interact professionally with vendors and colleagues • Ability to think creatively and propose out-of-the-box solutions • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
