REQUIREMENT
Education, Diploma or bachelor’s degree in law, psychologies, or any related fields. Have experience as an HR Development at least 3 years Familiar with Training Need Analysis (Skills Matrix) Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Advance excel, MS Word, Advance PowerPoint), Learning Management System (LMS), English skills, Training Policy, Training Plan, Deliver training material to related Business Process & Soft skills Design training curriculum, Organizing In-house and offsite activities (like presentation, job emulations, and role-playing exercise) Ability to complete training cycle (asses needs facilitator, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate level 1 – 4) Excellent communication and organizational skills, familiarity with Talent Management and career paths Strong knowledge of labour laws, regulations and HR best practices Proficient in English language and possess good communication skills Detail-oriented, organized and systematic Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization Located in Kopo Katapang (Kabupaten Bandung)
