DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible for Recruitment, General Affair, Operational Business, Employee and Industrial Relation and other employee related task. Handle for recruitment process starts from job posting, schedule candidate, interview, arrange for user interview. Responsible for HR administration task and reports (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly report) Build a relation between HR and any department. Manage HRIS and Payroll Observe and handling operational business matter. Consult with line management and provide daily HR Guidamce Work Closely with management and employee to improve work relationship, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent. Placement: Makassar Age maximum 28 years old. Having minimum 2 years experiences in the related field is required for this position. Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role Experience with sourcing techniques Execellent at MS Office especially Excell. Detail oriented. Strong and good behavior and high motivated. Good communication skill. Good at team work and capable at independent. Willing to standby at Saturday or Sunday.
