DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Identifying and addressing operational, financial, and technological risks within the business. Identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities. Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking documentation work to meet product release dates and client deliverables. Maintain a library of application documentation, cataloging it for internal and/or external use. Produce Technical Specification Document. Ensure the application meets the requirement. Prepare, revise, review and maintain technical documents, including software and systems engineering, system operations, testing and user documentation. Gather and analyse technical and product information from various sources to document new or changing product functionality.
REQUIREMENT

Have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience as an Technical Analyst in the banking industry. Proficient in using JIRA or other tools to manage requirements, identify issues, and track project progress. Have strong knowledge in business requirements analysis and the ability to translate these requirements into clear technical specifications. Have good communication skills to interact with SME, Product Owner, and the development team. Have a good understanding of software development methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile or Scrum.
