DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Actively doing outbound call as well as service suspend reminder, and handling inbound inquiry to maintain MTTR SLA. Daily report of sales call activity. Achieve conversion rate as a team quarterly based on KPI metric. Convert pre-qualified leads into closed deals. Generating new business with existing customers by upselling and cross-selling.
REQUIREMENT

80% Outbound centric sales process, and 20% inbound handling. Generate new deals based on Outbound conversion transaction. Involved in B2B and B2C sales cycle. Understanding Cloud Computing and Data Center solution is an advantages. Customer oriented person, prioritizing customer satisfaction. Collaboration with Sales Admin, Customer Support/Experience, Pre-Sales, Managed Service, Finance. Faniliar with Microsoft Excel as daily reporting tool.Support/Experience, Pre-Sales, Managed Service, Finance.
