DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Complete project administration tasks on time according to a predetermined schedule. Manage meeting schedules and prepare for project meetings and make Minutes of Meetings Support project management in managing projects from start to finish. Manage project documentation and ensure that all project-related documents are neatly stored and available to all related parties. Establish and maintain complete and accurate files, records and books pertaining to the financial operations; Payroll administration: update employee movements, support monthly payroll computation and related activities in support of the monthly and annual payroll function; Work closely with the Treasury Department to establish bank accounts and daily transaction as well as manage cash flow for the Project Office. Oversee and maintain the purchasing and registration of office assets, and office supplies; Vehicle and driver management; Undertake any ad-hoc projects and duties assigned by the Project Coordinator
REQUIREMENT

Proficiency in English (Intermediate level) is a must; Bachelor’s Degree in any field of studies. Preference will be given for studies in the fields of Business Administration or Management and related; 3-4 years relevant experience will be required (having experience in EPC company would be a plus) Candidate must have a passion for working in a dynamic environment, be open to new challenges and exposure, have a positive working attitude with a strong sense of responsibility; Have strong organizational skills, can manage time well, and can handle multiple tasks at once. Intermediate level in operating Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point);
