DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Investigate, trouble-shoot and resolve IT related issues (including software and hardware) Support all IT infrastructure and operations within the company, while ensuring the security and privacy of networks Manage vendors on IT matters such as issue escalation and projects Provide support in the operation of all technologies including office networks Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems. Establish and ensure proper IT asset tracking including hardware and software licenses Maintain IT Systems, inventory, and infrastructure documentation To assist the team in all IT related duties and activities. Support HR in onboarding new joiners to setup their computers and run through an IT induction on their first day
REQUIREMENT

Possess at least a Diploma in IT or its equivalent. High Proficiency in MS Office In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles Basic understanding in TCP/IP and LAN technology Knowledge of Windows and MacOS Proactive team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision Good communication and problem-solving skills
