Lead the entire recruitment journey from planning and job postings to candidate selection and onboarding. Ensure smooth processes for background checks, psychometric assessments, salary negotiations, and keep the hiring tracker updated.
Keep our HR records impeccable, from employee personnel files to BPJS Labor and Health administration. Manage employment agreements and coordinate with legal teams on company documentation.
Design and implement HR initiatives that drive performance and growth. Continuously improve HR processes and keep our SOPs, employee manuals, and manpower regulations up to date.
Manage the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly and offboarding to ensure proper exit procedures.
Drive performance management and oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and growth.
Handle payroll processes to ensure timely payment of salaries, incentives, and benefits.
Ensure HR compliance with labor laws and manage foreign worker permits from application to exit.
Prepare insightful HR reports and analyze data to solve HR challenges. Maintain and manage employee master data in HRIS, including outsourced employee data.
Collaborate with management and stakeholders to identify, design, and execute impactful HR projects that support our strategic goals.
REQUIREMENT
Business degree in HR or Psychology from a reputable university, or equivalent work experience of 6-7 years with reputable companies.
Strong communication skills, teamwork, and tech-savvy (proficient in MS Office, reporting, internal systems, and HRIS).
Excellent skills in Excel and MIS reporting.
Preferred experience in counseling, psychometric assessment, or training & development.
Fluent in English, both verbal and written, is an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence.
Ability to meet deadlines, detail-oriented, results-driven, adaptable to changing conditions, and able to handle pressure.
