DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Oversee the administration on IBM AIX, Redhat Linux, Windows, and VM environments, running on Lenovo and HP servers.
Maintain high availability systems, including IBM PowerHA, Windows Clustering, and Veeam Backup & Replication and recovery processes.
Monitor and enhance system performance and capacity, identifying trends and implementing improvements.
Assess and specify requirements for system and IT equipment updates, including installation, setup, configuration, and implementation.
Develop and execute annual data disaster recovery procedures with the team.
Provide daily IT support for company network equipment (LAN & WAN), such as routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi controllers, access points, RF handhelds, PDAs, tablets, and printers
Manage new infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
Oversee system management tools, enforce cybersecurity policies, ensure IT compliance and hardening, and assist in regular IT audits.
Manage the IT asset inventory. Conduct IT orientation for onboarding and offboarding staff.
Perform vulnerability assessments and address critical and severe vulnerabilities.
REQUIREMENT
Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Over 5 years of experience in system administration relevant work experience.
Strong hands-on AIX, Linux, Redhat, Windows, VMWare, vCenter, Veeam, and Cisco-related software
Solution-oriented, friendly, resourceful, and capable of multitasking, troubleshooting, and working independently.
Experience with cloud deployment (MS Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
