DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Oversee development of IT processes and controls to ensure quality is maintained to meet business objectives
Translate the business requirements and develop a robust IT strategy across the Group and ensure the ongoing improvement in technology infrastructure
Develop governance, best practices, policies and procedures related to IT matters for the Group
Oversee the financial aspects of the IT department, including purchasing and budgeting
Control and manage resources across all IT projects
Maintain and implement systems to ensure the security of all intellectual data of our business entities
Provide system documentation and conduct IT training
Install, configure, administer and maintain servers, computers and network
Investigate, trouble-shoot and resolve IT related issues
Oversee the monitoring of cyber security and develop BCP
Support site issues and requests on systems
Manage IT staffing, including supervision, scheduling, professional development and discipline
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
REQUIREMENT
Degree in IT with at least 5 years of relevant experience and 2 years in managing a team
Proficient in end user support
Effective team managing skills
A team player and able to work independently under minimum supervision
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Preferably bi-lingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
Strong presentation and report writing skills
Willing to travel to retail outlets
